Please read our SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions carefully. Upon onboarding with Float Health, you may have opted in to receive our text message notifications about upcoming visits. When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number.

You may opt-out of this service at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number from Float. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. 

If you want to opt back in, text “START” to the Float phone number or feel free to contact us at info@float.health or text us at 858-771-6213. When you opt back in, we will send you messages again. 

If you experience any issues, you can receive help by texting “HELP” to the Float phone number or you can get help directly from us by contacting us at info@float.health or 858-771-6213. 

Carriers, such as AT&T and T Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages we send you and receive from you. You should expect a variable number of messages per month from us as this number is determined by multiple factors including visit request volume, location and availability. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
